When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pieces! We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Our pieces are crafted with high-quality materials including 14K gold plating, sterling silver, and premium glass crystals. All our jewelry is lead and nickel free, making them safe for sensitive skin.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces sparkling, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in the Olive & Piper pouch provided with your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
