We want you to love your new jewelry, but if things aren't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like earrings and final sale pieces are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewelry in its original Olive & Piper box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
